Online coaching

Have been coached by Sean for well over a year now. In this time I have gained 14 pounds, improved my overall development and managed to bring up some weak areas to create a more balanced physique. Sean set me up with a personalised training and nutrition plan, utilising spreadsheets to log progression and review changes. Check ins have been weekly, he has always checked in on time and has been on hand for queries throughout the week for any issues I have and is very responsive. Looking forward to having him in the corner as I look to compete at a natural show in the future.

Sean has been working with me for nearly 2 years and in that time he has helped me make consistent progress in gaining size whilst simultaneously improving body composition. We do weekly check ins and Sean is always available for any advice that's needed. Sean's knowledge of how to perform optimally in the gym is second to none from my experience.

I have been a client of Sean's now for over a year. I cannot state how much of a massive impact he has had on my training and physical health. His knowledge is second to none and he has no problem taking time to send me advice on any query that I may have regarding training. Sean takes time to do weekly check ins with me and is available for support at any time should I need it. Sean has an exceptional level of knowledge when it comes to training, nutrition etc. Since I have been with Sean, my body composition has improved massively. I have lost fat whilst gaining good quality muscle. My strength has improved and importantly for me this has in turn helped with my mental health. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for help with their training.
