Hi! I’m Isidora.
I can’t imagine life without physical activity and this is my main drive for constantly learning more about how the human body is designed to move and function. I am a biomechanics specialist and I love solving the puzzle of human performance.
I’m 37 years old and throughout the years I’ve suffered from various injuries that could have stopped me from being active, but despite all diagnosis, I didn't give up. I had to dial down what I was demanding from myself and I started training in a conscious and mindful way. The results have been amazing and since then I’m on a quest to share what I have experienced with others.
My goal is to help you enjoy life with a functional, pain-free and balanced body through a positive and progressive approach to exercise and movement.
