Coming to Geo Rose’s classes you will discover through dance how to express your sensual side and most importantly to appreciate yourself! I teach dance routines where you will feel sexy, challenged where you are guaranteed to have a sweat on! Geo not only is an absolutely amazing dancer, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met, which is rare to find in the dance space. She is so supportive and encouraging and really boosts your confidence in your abilities. She provides unrivalled support, she is so encouraging and creates a positive atmosphere in her classes, aiming to lift everyone up and for all to enjoy the process and learning and developing your skills. Thank you to Heels Empowerment for introducing these fantastic classes into Cardiff! They really have changed my life for the better. Whether you've got a passion for dance, want to take up a new hobby/form of exercise, this is a great outlet! It helps your physical health as well as your mental health, helping to boost your confidence and feel more comfortable in your skin. There are all ages, all shapes and sizes, all types of women there which makes it even better, because everyone is unique and is able to celebrate who they are!
