Hi, I’m Rebekah!
I’m a personal trainer with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science and MSc Sports Coaching and Performance degree. I’ve had over 5 years of experience within the fitness industry and worked with all types of clients from weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning for sport specific training.
I enjoy motivating and encouraging my clients to take the plunge to transform not only their bodies but their lifestyle to become the best version of themselves. I have been able to help over 400 clients online and face to face achieve their goals.
My aim isn’t to sell you a plan for you to just follow, but to help you understand the science behind it and use it long after you’ve finished being coached by me.
