I like to go that extra mile! My involvement with the health and fitness industry, together with my professional athletics background, working in fitness clubs and sports centres, both in management and personal training, has made me more explosive.

Whether you’re an experienced gym user, professional sports person or have never trained in your life, I have an extensive range of diet and exercise programmes that can be tailored to suit you.

My training specialities cover strength, toning, agility, flexibility, sports specific structured training, stretching and boxing. I am a qualified G.P. Exercise Referral Consultant, trained to understand and develop bespoke exercises for clients with a variety of medical conditions.

I also employ Exercise Mind Combat coaching to help you to develop, focus and realise your aspirations and goals.
